Raised with a love of competitive team sports, Ally took the field determined to outwork her opponents. From 4-year-old soccer to 3x All-American at Vanderbilt University to 4 Gold Medals and the All-World Lacrosse team for USA, she learned what it took to earn your spot and how to win. Growing up playing multiple sports and playing lacrosse in college, Ally has learned best practices of time management and efficiency.

Taking those qualities into the working world, it was only logical in her mind to start working for a sports apparel company, Under Armour, right out of college. Getting her foot in the door with the Customer Service team, she was well-trained on systems, reporting, and good cross functional communication. Within a year or so, she met Drew where they tag teamed the major outdoor dealers. They both quickly realized that they complimented each other well in the outdoor space. Drew taught Ally the hunting and fishing space and Ally taught Drew systems and reporting. Drew left to pursue a new marketing venture at Marolina Outdoor and Ally stayed to get closer to her passion in marketing as an Account Manager for Retail Marketing at UA. Shortly thereafter, Drew brought Ally over to Marolina to work on the Brand Marketing team with Zach as well.

Coming from a small background in creative conception, Ally has learned a great deal about the creative process from Zach while working together. It’s been eye-opening for Ally to see the different way Zach thinks about a project from design to story-boarding as opposed to how she thinks about it from media plan to sales. Complimenting each other through these two schools of thought, Zach and Ally work closely to bring to life an impactful project.

Today, she works in tandem with Drew and Zach to take creative and strategic concepts and build-out how to effectively execute. Working directly with each client, Ally works with Zach and our staff to ensure their vision is portrayed throughout the end result of our collaborative work.
